JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Graphics Design Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, creativity, and a willingness to learn within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphics & Visual Content Creation

Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and digital assets for social media, marketing materials, and internal communications.
Assist in designing presentations, infographics, and promotional materials that align with Innov8 Hub’s branding.

Basic Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Bonus Skill)

Support the team with video edits, overlays, and motion graphics for short-form content.
Assist in post-production tasks such as resizing visuals, adding subtitles, and color corrections.
Branding & Content Collaboration

Work closely with the Programs Team to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and marketing strategies.

Trend Research & Innovation

Stay updated with design trends, digital engagement strategies, and creative tools to improve content quality.
Experiment with new design techniques and styles to enhance audience engagement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education & Experience

Corp member or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software (a plus but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
A portfolio of past design work (personal projects, school assignments, or freelance work).
