Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing practices, standards, and protocols.
The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation.
* Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.
* Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely turnover for scheduled procedures.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to plan and evaluate patient care.
* Ensure infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines are followed.
* Support patients during procedures, ensuring comfort and confidentiality and provide emotional supports.
* Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
* Participate in department meetings, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Registered Nurse Certificate from an accredited institution.
* Current nursing license/registration with the relevant national or state nursing council.
* Minimum of 1 - 2 years of clinical nursing experience (new graduates may be considered).
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of contrast media, sedation protocols, and emergency response procedures.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
* Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
