Thugs on Thursday attacked a conservative student group at the University of California, Davis, ahead of a scheduled event.

From a viral video clip online, DAILY POST gathered that the incident occurred during a “Prove me Wrong” session hosted at the university by Turning Point USA at the Memorial Union Quad.

The event featuring guest speaker Brandon Tatum, a former police officer and popular YouTuber took place as planned despite the disruption.


Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk explained that staff were attached and properties meant for the event were destroyed.

Charlie alleged in a post on X that “while our people were under attack, police stood aside and did nothing.

“Our team is understandably shaken up, but they assure me they will not back down.”

Management of the university has also confirmed the incident in a statement, saying protestors confronted both the student organizers and others present.

“The UC Davis Police Department took one report of an assault,” the school noted, stressing that “no one requested medical aid.”
