The Loan Officers will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of loan applications for individuals or businesses. They serve as the main point of contact between borrowers and the financial institution, ensuring clients understand loan terms and supporting them throughout the application and approval process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate loan applications, creditworthiness, and financial information to determine eligibility.
* Advise clients on different loan products and tailor recommendations to their financial needs.
* Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build trust and repeat business.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan targets.
* Maintain thorough records of loan applications, approvals, rejections, and communications.
