Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State, has described the demise of the late chieftain of the pan-Yoruba socio-political organisation, Afenifere, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, as saddening.

According to Aiyedatiwa, in a condolence message, made available by his Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan, the deceased left an indelible mark.

Adebanjo, 96, reportedly died in the early hours of Friday in his residence in Lekki, Lagos State.
