Glass packaging solution, Beta Glass Plc has said its production capacity and export sales have increased by eight per cent following the operation of its new manufacturing plant in Agabara, Ogun state.

It stated this during a media tour in commemoration of its 50th anniversary and its upgraded manufacturing plant, which included an upgraded and cold-repaired GF1 furnace. The upgrade has enabled Beta Glass to increase production by 30 tons per day and extend the life cycle of the furnace by eight to 10 years, thus strengthening its competitive edge.
