Two kinds of ad

Banner

Your own picture, like a flyer or web banner, linked to your website, WhatsApp or phone number. Moving GIF banners are fine.

Sizes: 970×250 or 728×90 for wide spots, 300×250 or 300×600 for the side column. Send a 640×400 version too and phones get it instead.

Sponsored story

A photo, a headline, a line or two of text and a button, laid out like our own stories and marked “Sponsored” with your name.

Send a landscape photo (about 1200×800), a headline, up to 300 letters of text and what the button should say.

What you get

  • Your ad runs on the dates you pay for, or until it reaches the number of views you pay for.
  • A private report link that shows your views and clicks for each day, which you can download as a spreadsheet.
  • Honest counting: a view only counts when at least half of your ad is on screen for a second, and robots are left out.
  • You can aim your ad at Politics or Metro readers only.

  3. Send your ad. Send your banner, or your photo and text. We set it up and send you your report link.
