Member representing Ileoluji/Okeigbo and Odigbo Federal Constituency, Rep. Ayodele Adefiranye, has thanked APC leaders after getting the party’s ticket for the 2027 elections.

Mr Adefiranye shared his gratitude on Monday in Abuja. He specifically thanked President Bola Tinubu, Interior Minister Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, party leaders, supporters, and constituents for their ongoing support.

He said his winning the APC candidate spot for the 2027 House of Representatives election is due to divine grace, collective support, and the trust people have in him.

The lawmaker called his victory a group effort. He said it shows the trust, commitment, and hopes of the people in Ileoluji/Okeigbo and Odigbo Federal Constituency.

Acknowledging Support

He praised party members, state leaders, traditional rulers, and other stakeholders, saying their prayers, sacrifices, and support helped him win the primary election.

Mr Adefiranye also recognized his media team. He described their hard work and smart communication as key to running a successful campaign.

He promised to keep working hard for effective representation. He aims to build on past successes and bring more development projects and benefits to his federal constituency.

"I give all glory to Almighty God for His grace and faithfulness throughout this journey. I sincerely appreciate our party leadership and supporters.

"This victory belongs to everyone. I promise to serve with humility, diligence, transparency, and integrity while delivering meaningful benefits to our people," he said.

Commitment to APC and Tinubu

Mr Adefiranye said the trust placed in him will motivate him to work harder. He asked party members and constituents for their continued prayers and support.

He also promised to work hard for APC’s success and President Tinubu’s re-election in the 2027 general election. He urged everyone to stay united.

The lawmaker gave special thanks to Interior Minister Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo. He called him a mentor whose guidance and support have been very important.

"Your great leadership, vision, and strong belief in me have been inspiring. I truly appreciate your help and support throughout this political journey," he added.

Call for Unity

Mr Adefiranye reached out to other APC aspirants. He urged everyone to work together, reconcile, and focus on developing the constituency after the party’s primary election.

He mentioned that democracy grows with healthy competition. He stressed that everyone must unite to push for the constituency's interests, strengthen the APC, and support state development.

The lawmaker assured constituents that he would prove their trust by providing strong representation and more commitment to development if re-elected in the 2027 general election.
