Ekiti Police Search for Missing 19-Year-Old Woman

The Ekiti State Police Command is looking for a 19-year-old woman named Dandam Happiness. She has been missing since August 10, 2026.

SP Sunday Abutu, the Police Public Relations Officer, shared this news in a statement on Monday in Ado Ekiti.

Abutu reported that Happiness left her home in Ado Ekiti around 4 pm on August 10 and has not come back since.

The statement said, “She left her residence in Ado Ekiti on 10th August, 2026, at about 16.00 hours (4 pm) to an unknown destination and has not returned since then.”

The police described Happiness as about 4.5 feet tall with a fair complexion. They noted that she has no tribal marks and speaks English well.

The statement continued, “All efforts made by her relatives and friends to locate her whereabouts have proved abortive.”

Abutu mentioned that the police are working hard to find out where she is and to bring her back safely.

He said, “The command has begun an investigation to unravel her whereabouts.”

The police spokesperson asked anyone with information about Happiness to reach out to the nearest police station or call +2349064050086.

He also encouraged the public to share this information widely to help the police, her family, and friends find the missing woman.
