NDC delays launch of campaign council, explains reason

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has moved the launch and inauguration of its national campaign council from 20 October to 26 October.

Osa Director, the NDC spokesperson, shared this news in a statement on Monday. "The event will now be held on Monday, 26th October 2026," Mr Director said.

He said the change was due to the "very tight schedule of our presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, who has a very important engagement overseas."
