Ogun APC office to open in November, Abiodun

Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has said that the new secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abeokuta will be opened in November.

The governor made this announcement during a tour of the impressive building located along Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta. He was pleased with how fast the work is going and the quality of the construction.

Abiodun mentioned that the project started less than a year ago and is almost finished. He believes the new office will give the party a proper place to work from in the state.

"We were here for the groundbreaking ceremony less than a year ago, and I must say that I am impressed with what I am seeing. I am happy with the location and the level of completion. I am sure that within another week or so, this should have been completely rounded off," he said.

The new facility will have a conference and banquet hall that can hold over 500 people, offices for party officials and members, and enough parking space.

Abiodun called the project a big step for the APC in Ogun State, especially as political activities ramp up ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He noted that the building's size and location will make it a key point for the party. "Even just driving past our office itself, you begin to feel a sense of defeat if you are not in our party," he said.

This new secretariat will take the place of the rented offices that the Ogun APC used in Abeokuta. It will serve as a permanent base for the party's administration, meetings, and other activities.
