Tinubu brings Zainab Marwa on board for NDDC

Zainab Marwa has been appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). This move is part of the president's plan to make the commission more effective in its work.

Zainab Marwa is the daughter of Brigadier General Buba Marwa, who was the military governor of Lagos State. People in the Niger Delta region welcome her appointment. They believe her skills and experience will help in the development of the area.

The NDDC has faced many problems over the years. These include issues of mismanagement and corruption. With a new board now in place, there is hope that the commission can tackle these problems. The focus will be back on its main job of developing the Niger Delta region.

President Tinubu's government has stressed that the NDDC is important for sustainable development in the Niger Delta. Appointing Zainab Marwa is seen as a smart step towards reaching this goal.
