Court Orders Final Forfeiture of N4.6bn Jewelry and N4.3bn Cars from Aisha Achimugu
The High Court in Abuja has ordered the forfeiture of Aisha Achimugu's luxury items worth billions. This ruling follows an EFCC investigation into money laundering.
The High Court in Apo, Abuja, has ordered that properties belonging to Aisha Achimugu be forfeited to the federal government.
These properties include jewelry valued at N4.6 billion, 11 luxury cars worth N4.23 billion, $50,000 in cash, and N30 million.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) released a statement saying that Justice Jude Onwugbuzie made the ruling on Thursday. This came after a judgement on the application for final forfeiture.
