The High Court in Apo, Abuja, has ordered that properties belonging to Aisha Achimugu be forfeited to the federal government.

These properties include jewelry valued at N4.6 billion, 11 luxury cars worth N4.23 billion, $50,000 in cash, and N30 million.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) released a statement saying that Justice Jude Onwugbuzie made the ruling on Thursday. This came after a judgement on the application for final forfeiture.

Aisha Achimugu has been under investigation for money laundering related to her acquisition of an oil block.
