Police Save Abuja Driver from Mob After Accident

The police in Abuja have saved a driver from a mob after a road accident in Karsana District.

This incident happened on Sunday. The update came from the Force Public Relations Officer, CSP Ani Iniedu, on Tuesday.

The police spokesperson said officers acted quickly to stop the mob from attacking the driver after the accident.

He shared that the driver was taken to safety and calm was restored in the area.

He said, "Police operatives responded swiftly to a mob action involving a motorist following a road traffic accident at Karsana District.

The motorist was rescued from the mob and taken to safety. Normalcy was restored in the area."

The statement also mentioned that the State Criminal Investigation Department is looking into the incident.
