Troops from Operation FANSAN YAMMA have stopped terrorists in Katsina State. They recovered a motorcycle during an ambush operation.
The troops from 17 Brigade worked with the police. They acted on tips about terrorists traveling on motorcycles around Dandume in Dandume Local Government Area.
This information came in an update shared with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday.
The report said the troops quickly moved to ambush the terrorists as they headed to Funtua. The surprise attack made the terrorists run into the nearby bushes.
