APC Leader Praises Tinubu and Otu for Successful Calabar Rally

An All Progressives Congress leader and former senatorial candidate for Cross River North, John Agaba, has praised President Bola Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Governor Bassey Otu, and other party leaders for the successful presidential rally in Calabar, Cross River State.

Agaba spoke to journalists on Wednesday in Calabar. He called the rally a big success and a clear sign of political unity and strength. He also praised the collective commitment to democracy shown at the event.

He thanked Tinubu for his leadership and for being represented at the rally by Shettima. Agaba noted that the large turnout showed how much the people believe in the Renewed Hope Agenda.

He said, “I want to heartily commend President Bola Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Governor Bassey Otu and other leaders of the party for the successful presidential rally that was held on Monday in Calabar, Cross River State.”

“I specially thank and applaud our dear Governor, Sen. Bassey Otu for his leadership and commitment in hosting the rally, which brought together party leaders, stakeholders, supporters and residents across the state.”

Agaba also thanked the Director-General of the Governor’s Campaign Organisation, the Governor’s Chief of Staff, members of the State Executive Council, and other party stakeholders for their roles in making the event successful.

He expressed gratitude to the people of Cross River State, especially those in Calabar, for their warm welcome, enthusiasm, and active participation. He said their presence showed unity and political involvement in strengthening democracy.

Agaba promised Tinubu and Otu his full support and commitment to the APC. He plans to work with other party members to gather support for their re-election campaigns in the 2027 general elections.

He expressed confidence in the party’s efforts and urged all members to stay united, cooperate, and remain dedicated as they prepare for the 2027 elections.
