Huge Crowd Turns Up for Tinubu's Rally in Kaduna

Former Defence Minister and ex-governor of Jigawa State, Badaru Abubakar, has praised what he called a huge turnout at President Bola Tinubu’s campaign launch in Kaduna. He noted that the mobilization by Arewa for Asiwaju exceeded what they aimed for.

Badaru, who is the Director-General of Arewa for Asiwaju, said the turnout at Saturday’s rally showed how committed the movement’s members are to Tinubu’s re-election.

“We are delighted with the turnout at the Kaduna rally. Our mobilization exceeded the target we set, and this shows the commitment of our members and supporters across Northern Nigeria,” he said.

He also praised the movement’s coordinators and mobilization teams for their hard work and good planning, which he said helped bring in such a large crowd.

“I commend our coordinators and mobilization teams at all levels for their hard work. I also thank the supporters who came from far and near to be part of this important event,” he said.

Badaru mentioned that exceeding the mobilization target proved that the movement’s structures in northern Nigeria can work together for a common goal.

He added that the movement would keep up its grassroots efforts, grow its presence in the region, and continue to mobilize for Tinubu’s second term beyond the Kaduna gathering.
