PBAT Movement and APC Youth Group Join Forces for Tinubu's Re-election
The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement and APC Youth Network have joined forces to back President Tinubu's re-election bid for the 2027 general elections.
The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement and the All Progressives Congress Youth Network have come together to support President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in the 2027 general elections. They announced their partnership after a meeting on Saturday at the APC Youth Network Secretariat in Abuja.
In a statement released on Sunday, Opeoluwa Awoyinfa, the Secretary of the South-West Zone of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, said the alliance is important for both groups. He mentioned that they are part of the progressive political family and want to join forces to support Tinubu.
Awoyinfa explained, “The essence of this meeting is to synergise and bring our energies together for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.” He added that both organisations are planning joint grassroots mobilization, door-to-door voter education, and youth engagement in the South-West and across West Africa.
Orisamoluwa Adekunle, the South-West Coordinator of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, praised Olatunde Igbasan, the Director-General of the APC Youth Network, West Africa Chapter. He recognized Igbasan for his leadership and efforts in youth mobilization in West Africa.

To honor his contributions to the Renewed Hope agenda, the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement named Igbasan an ambassador of the movement. In his acceptance speech, Igbasan thanked the group for the recognition. He said his commitment to the cause comes from his belief in Tinubu’s vision and leadership.
Igbasan stated, “I believe in the vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the good works he has been doing for Nigeria and Nigerians. That is why I have continued to support and work towards the realisation of that vision.”
The APC youth leader also promised to keep working to mobilize Nigerians in the diaspora. He wants to encourage them to participate in the 2027 elections and to return to Nigeria to vote.
