The Kano State Police Command has arrested a woman for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend and cutting off his manhood.
This violent incident happened in the Badawa area of Kano.
The police shared this news in a statement on Monday. They said the victim got serious injuries and is now getting medical care.
According to the police, they took the woman into custody after the incident. Detectives have started an investigation to find out how the attack happened.
"The Kano State Police Command has arrested a female suspect for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend and completely cutting off his manhood during a violent altercation in Badawa," the statement said.
The police mentioned that the victim is currently receiving treatment at a hospital. They also said that the investigation is still going on.
The statement added, "The victim is receiving medical treatment, while investigations are ongoing."
